Shih Tzu is pronounced as shee-tsoo, it is a breed of small and cute but very ancient dog type, and it has long silky fur. It origin from China and USA, and it has different colors includes; gold, dark/light brown, white, black, and brindle. The name of Shih Tzu is both singular and plural.
The name Shih Tzu was translates as Lion Dog because it was bred to resemble “the lion as depicted in traditional oriental art” such as the Chinese guardian lions.
This small and cute dog is short muzzle and large deep dark eyes, with soft long and double coat. It stands less than 26.7 cm or 10 ½ inches. It weighs of 4.5 to 7.3 kg or 10 to 16 lbs.
Shih Tzu is strongest characteristics, friendly, non aggressive dog – that’s a good companion for children. Shih Tzu is also fun-loving play, and it is also people oriented dog, and sit patiently.

Awwww!!!! Soo cute!!!!! I\’ve always wanted to have dogs like a Pekingese or a Shih Tzu..So that I could make \”arte\” with their long fur. Hekhek… =D
I have seven dogs at home, including Teddybear and Pokeybear. They\’re half-breeds… Golden Retriever/Beagle/Aspin. I love them dearly. No offense to them but I \’ve always wanted to have a small and cute doggie.. one that I could carry anywhere. And still hoping..
