Another sunny day at Bondi. I considered heading to the beach again to indulge in my hobby of random barking & hole digging while evading the beach police. However last week someone referred to my fluorescent green beach harness as a “doggy-mankini”, so the idea has soured somewhat. I am looking into the availability of doggy board-shorts.
There is housework going on around the apartment. Vacuuming and stuff.
I contribute by collecting any small items at eye level and dragging them back to my nest where I shred them. Found some great letters under the front door from the Electricity Company and Bank which I ate immediately, these will soon be recycled as a sort of papier mache & dog biscuit pulp and deposited in my top secret cubby-hole behind the sofa. I like to do my part for the environment… although I did overhear someone complaining about the aroma coming from my environmental waste depot behind the sofa. I fear it will be discovered & removed before long and I will have to re-establish elsewhere. I do have my eye on a lovely spot in the back of the wardrobe where I can relocate a letter from the Water Board, 25 cents and a lipstick that I found behind the laundry basket.
