If you have pets, you probably show your love to them 365 days a year. But throughout the year there are special dates set aside to raise awareness for certain animal causes. Some of these dates include:
- February is National Prevent a Litter Month
- February 23rd is Spay Day USA
- April is Prevention of Animal Cruelty Month
- The first week in May is Be Kind To Animals Week
- The third week in May is National Dog Bite Prevention Week
- June is Adopt a Shelter Cat Month
- The last Friday in June is Take Your Dog To Work Day
